Hotel Spec has been appointed as the Development Managers for the new Park Inn by Radisson in Kaura, Abuja, Nigeria and will be providing the full scope of professional services for this exciting new project which will be the first new hotel build in the capital of Nigeria project for many years.

The new hotel will commence construction in 2014 and will consist of 150 rooms and a 1,000sqm multi function conference centre.
